Anita Green

Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage

My specialties are Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. I have been practicing on the coast since 1988.

In the mid ‘80s I began receiving massage to counter the stress of a teaching career. Massage calmed me down, helped me to find a way out of my head and into my body. This body/mind integration profoundly improved my overall health and wellbeing.

To share the benefits of massage with others I enrolled in Pacific School of Massage and Healing Arts and received my certification in 1987.

I continued to teach for 11 more years, giving massages in the evening and on weekends. In 1999 I retired from teaching and began working full-time as a massage therapist.

I am an active member of the following professional organizations:

ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals)

CAMTC (California Massage Therapy Council)
